The registration includes admission to all the plenary sessions , lunch special expert presentation, poster sessions, exhibitions, three lunches and group meal functions, free Internet service during the symposium days, as well as meeting materials.

Online registration

The easiest way to register for the symposium is using the online registration system, which will open until Feb,15,2012. Registration fees can be in US dollars, Euro and British Pound.

Payment Instructions

Registrations must include payment by bank transfer of funds in RMB, US dollars, Euro or British Pound. The transfer instructions are listed below. The symposium will not accept registrations without full payment.

For Non-Mainland Chinese participants: you may send the registration fee in US dollar (450.00 USD before Nov, 15, 600 USD before, Feb,15,and 750.00 USD before 31, March).

The symposium's Web-based registration system acknowledges online registrations in one working day via e-mail (following the basic information and format check). More detailed confirmation and meeting information will be sent within 14 days upon the reception of your payment. If you do not receive e-mail confirmation after two weeks, please contact our office: Mr. Hongyu Zhang  (possetcn@163.com)

Cancellation Policy

To cancel, submit a written notice to Hongyu Zhang (possetcn@163.com) and Zhen Chen(chenzhen@fudan.edu.cn) by no later than June 15, 2008. There will charge a U$D50 for any cancellation. We cannot issue refunds for cancellations received after October 15. Delegates may make substitutions at any time. Substitutions must be in writing and must be of the same membership status.


ABSTRACT


 

To achieve maximum interaction and discussion, the meeting organization committee limit the number of registrants to 200.  In addition to the poster session, three oral presentations will be selected from the submitted abstracts. All abstracts will be peer reviewed by the Scientific Committee and authors will be notified of acceptance and an oral or poster presentation granted. All accepted abstracts will be published in the meeting book.

Abstract submission:

1, Abstracts must be submitted on line and notifying Aiping Zhang (aiping100@sina.com), no fax or printed copies will be eligible. Registration will be on a first-come and first-served basis. 

2, Registration and abstracts need to be sent before 31st, Jan, 2012.  

3, Abstracts submitted after this deadline will NOT be considered for oral presentation and are not guaranteed a poster board.

4,Abstracts will be considered only if sent with the registration fee. No extra fee is reguired for submitting an abstract.

5, All abstracts will be peer reviewed by the Scientific Committee and authors will be notified of acceptance and an oral or poster presentation granted.
6. All accepted abstracts will be published in the meeting book.
