REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The registration includes admission to all the plenary sessions , lunch special expert presentation, poster sessions, exhibitions, three lunches and group meal functions, free Internet service during the symposium days, as well as meeting materials.

Online registration

The easiest way to register for the symposium is using the online registration system, which will open until April 30, 2008. Registration fees can be in US dollars, Euro and British Pound.

Payment Instructions

Registrations must include payment by bank transfer of funds in RMB, US dollars, Euro or British Pound. The transfer instructions are listed below. The symposium will not accept registrations without full payment.

For Non-Mainland Chinese participants: you may send the registration fee in US dollar (350.00 USD before 30, April, and 500.00 USD before 31, May).

More detailed confirmation and meeting information will be sent within 14 days upon the reception of your payment. Cancellation Policy

To cancel, submit a written notice to Hongyu Zhang (hyzhang@Shsci.org) and Zhen Chen(chenzhen@fudan.edu.cn) by no later than June 15, 2008. There will charge a U$D50 for any cancellation. We cannot issue refunds for cancellations received after October 15. Delegates may make substitutions at any time. Substitutions must be in writing and must be of the same membership status.

ABSTRACT

The organising committee welcomes applications from anyone with an active research interest in all the aspects of epigenetics, but in order to achieve maximum interaction and discussion, the number of registrants is limited to 200. Five oral presentations will be selected from the submitted abstracts.

Registration (2400.00 RMB for the international participants and 800.00 RMB for the domestic participants) and abstracts need to be sent before 30, April, 2008. Abstracts submitted after this deadline will NOT be considered for oral presentation and are not guaranteed a poster board. Abstracts will be considered only if sent with the registration fee. All abstracts will be peer reviewed by the Scientific Committee and authors will be notified of acceptance and an oral or poster presentation granted. All accepted abstracts will be published in the meeting program book. If application is not accepted, the registration fee will be fully refunded. Abstracts must be submitted on line as well as via e-mail to Mr. Hongyu Zhang (hyzhang@shsci.org), no fax or printed copies will be eligible. Registration will be on a first-come and first-served basis.
