国家一类新药抗癌生物导弹

本项目为吉林亚泰（集团）股份有限公司研发的国家一类新药，于2005年1月24日获得Ⅰ期临床批件，该项目系国家重点科技攻关计划项目，已申请发明专利（专利申请号：99122205.9）。
本项目采用基因工程技术，构建出高效表达LHRH-PE40载体，表达出对肿瘤特异性识别杀伤的重组毒素，适用于肺癌、结肠癌、胃癌等多种肿瘤的治疗。它能特异性杀死肿瘤细胞，而对正常组织无损伤，与传统药物、手术、化疗和放疗相比，抗癌生物导弹具有高效、低毒、高度特异性等显著特点，是抗癌新药研发的一个重大突破，经北方亚事资产评估有限公司评估，该项技术价值1.81亿元。
该项目预计于2007年上半年完成临床试验，2007年下半年获得生产文号并投产，目前我国癌症患者约有460万人，如其中5%（20万人）的患者接受本品治疗，一个疗程为15支，则药品年需要量为300万支（0.5mg/支）。本品定价为200元/支，年销售额可达6亿元。本项目按年150万支的规模生产，年销售额可达3亿元人民币，年平均税后利润2.01亿元。
亚泰集团愿与战略投资者共同合作开发，其中亚泰集团以该项技术出资，战略投资者以资金、设备出资，双方以出资资产的评估值确定各自权益比例。

The purpose of cooperate and develop in I-class anticancer medicine
This is a new medicine researched and developed by Jilin Yatai (group) Co., Ltd., acquiring the certification of clinical test on 24th, Jan, 2005. This project is a project of a national key scientific and technical tackle-key-problem plan and has already applied for the patent for invention (application number of patent: 99122205.9). Based on gene engineering technique, this project construct a high-efficient expression of LHRH-PE40 carrier ,express to tumor getting peculiar reorganization toxin that discernment wound, suitable for the treatment of such many kinds of tumors as lung cancer , colon cancer , stomach cancer ,etc. It can kill the tumor cell and won’t damage the normal organization. Compared with traditional medicine, operation, chemotherapy and radiotherapy peculiarly, this biological missile has a high-efficient, low toxicity, highly getting peculiar remarkable characteristic. It is forecast that the clinical test will be finished before the first half of 2007, and by the end of this year it will be licensed the production code and put into production. At present there are4,600,000 patient who have cancer in our country , if 5% patient (200,000 people ) among them accept treatment of this product(one course of treatment is15 Branch), then annual requirement is 3 million Branch (0.5mg / piece). Pricing is made by200 Yuan each, annual sales amount can be up to 600 million Yuan. According to the large-scale production of annual 1,500,000 Branch, the annual sales amount can be up to 300 million Yuan and annual average after-tax profit is 201 million Yuan.

Among them Yatai Group provides funds with this technology, on the other hand the strategic investor provide funds as a means of gold and equipment. Assessment value of assets confirms each rights and interests proportion both sides.
