The IO Circuit recommends Techedge, Inc. (OTC BB: TEDG), which announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire China BioPharma Limited, a Cayman Island company, which has the rights to have majority ownership in one of the largest non-government owned vaccine manufactures in China.
