HeLa cells were transfected in serum-containing media with the Label IT® Cy™3 RNAi Delivery Control (RED) (25 nM final concentration per well) using the TransIT®-siQUEST™ siRNA Transfection Reagent. Twenty-four hours post-transfection, the cells were fixed, counterstained with TO-PRO®-3 (Invitrogen) to stain the nuclei (BLUE) and Alexa Fluor® 488 Phalloidin (Invitrogen) to stain the actin (GREEN). The confocal image was acquired on a Zeiss LSM 510 Confocal Microscope. |
