滋养体，三色染色（Trophozoites ，stained with trichrome)：前端被淡染部分是吸盘，吸盘上两个细胞核已染成红色。轴柱、一对前侧鞭毛和后侧鞭毛、尾鞭毛都比较清楚。（×1250）。
