Acrylamide Urea Gel (35 ml)

| 40/2% acrylamide | 10 ml | 13.1 ml |
| 10X TBE | 3.5 ml | 3.5 ml |
| Urea | 15 g | 15 g |
| H20 | 10ml | 7.0 ml |
Microwave ~10 seconds and stir until dissolved
Degas 1-2 min
Add 0.3 ml 10% ammonium persulfate
Add 35 microliters TEMED.
Pour Gel and wait at least 20 minutes before removing comb.
The gel can be stored overnight at room temp. if the top of the gel is wet with water and is wrapped tightly in Saran Wrap
