
Advanced Materials:新颖结构天然多糖药物载体微球制成

中国科学院过程工程研究所生化工程国家重点实验室博士研究生魏炜、助研王连艳等曾在《先进功能材料》(Advanced Functional Materials)上发表了尺寸均一的自发荧光微球示踪剂的论文(2007,17:3153)。最近,这个研究组又取得了新的突破,他们制备出了多种新颖结构的自发荧光天然多糖药物载体微球,研究成果发表在《先进材料》(Advanced Materials(2008,20:2292 ))上。这些结构新颖的微球在作为蛋白质药物载体时,克服了传统微球结构单一、装载量低、突释明显等缺点,显著提高了口服蛋白药物的生物利用度,从而适应临床治疗时不同给药的需求,具有广泛的应用前景。相关基础研究和应用研究分别得到了国家自然科学基金委、中国科学院和科技部的支持。(生物谷Bioon.com)
