现在,Yusupova等科研人员描述了当从初始状态转变为后初始状态时在一个3'-5'方向上的mRNA转动和运动。这是对mRNA动态的首次实验观测,它对了解转位机制将具有广泛的意义,该结果发表在最新的一期《Nature》杂志上。
